- Jobbers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of XtraChores.
- We are not responsible for the quality, timing, legality, or outcomes of services performed.

If you register as a Jobber:
- You must provide accurate information, including qualifications and service areas.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct, performance, and compliance with applicable laws.

- You are responsible for your own taxes, permits, and licenses.

You agree not to:

- Circumvent the Platform to avoid paying fees.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

- Customers and Jobbers are expected to resolve disputes directly.
- XtraChores may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so.

- Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid to us in the past 12 months.
